Villa FraFelipe was built in 2004 and is 110 sq.m. There are two big bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large bathroom (2 sinks and a big built shower), a storage room, and a living room with dining room and kitchen.

The house has been built with a lot of care and a non-commercial attitude; high wooden ceilings forming an angle; large windows making it very luminous and bringing nature into the house; wooden wardrobes and interior doors; ceiling fans, antique lighting fixtures, beautiful paintings and pieces of furniture.

The iron entrance is hand made inspired from an old Venetian design.
The porches around the house are decorated with stone, found during the excavation for the foundation of the house and with local handmade terracotta tiles (touveletes).
