Yannis' village is located in the small community of Limni Keriou, 15 km (approx. 9 mile) from the city of Zakynthos and 12 km (approx. 7.5 mile) from the airport.

Limni Keriou is situated in the Gulf of Laganas, within the protected area of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos.

The villas are within walking distance from the friendly family beach, traditional fishing port, tavernas, coffeehouses, a bakery, a gas station and several supermarkets.
